I would love to attend this meeting - any date yet? Hopefully it will be early January as I am out of the country mid-Jan onwards. Is there any way I can have an email to confirm the date, time, venue etc. from your database? Or is it a case of checking every so often?

Hi Victor, If you want to organise the meeting then, book the date and I’ll get the information here. I just moved house and I don’t have broadband at home at the moment so I can’t do much online.

Yes, go for it Victor; you might want to refer to the poll on which night was best for most - not that i remember it being emphatic.
