FCP on more than 1 Mac?

Hello Everyone

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have 2 Macs and was wondering if I bought Final Cut studio, could I put it on both of them? Or can you only put this program on one Mac?

I’m planning on buying a new iMac but I’m not sure which one is best to buy for Final Cut Pro. Which one do would be best?

21.5-inch iMac
3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4GB memory
1TB hard drive
ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics with 256MB

or

21.5-inch iMac
3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
8GB memory
500GB hard drive
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics

I know I’m going to be really annoying by saying I only have a certain amount of money to spend. The second choice has more RAM memory but the first choice has a better graphics card. Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks :)
