	It’s not provable as a “sales of goods” issue as, frankly, that’s something that you should have got fixed when you bought it three years ago. Many people might be reporting issue with MacBook Airports but many many more are not. It’s not enough to say it’s not working with your setup - it needs to be tested as a fault. Even so - the unit is three years old now so you’ve lost the argument that it was there from the start (because, if it was, you’d have gotten it fixed). I’ve seen more than my fair share of Airport connections and the hardware is usually solid - there can be antenna issues (especially if you’ve had the case replaced) but without testing for myself with good hardware, I couldn’t vouch for this as an issue. The case chipping is a separate issue and is covered under an Extended Warranty for that part alone.
