Apple is running what is hopefully the first of a series of technical events in Belfast starting with “Server Infrastructure and System Imaging” using Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard Server.
It’s going to be quite technical as you can see from the PDF and aimed at IT staff who have good IT and OSX skills.
You need to register as soon as possible! It’s a full day of information from Apple in their server technologies! If Apple get a good attendance from us they’ll consider doing more - we have the interest in Northern Ireland, we just need to tell Apple about it!
Click on the invitation link, read the details and send an email!

Hope to see you all there.

and we embrace 2008.
Have fun tonight celebrating Old Years Night and tomorrow.
As reported on cimota (and duped on infurious:
Check your iPhone bill for hidden extras.
During signup we were told that we’d get to choose insurance during the activation of our iPhones at the o2 store in Castlecourt. Turns out this was a lie designed to fool us into signing up for insurance though we explicitly said we didn’t want it.
Carphone Warehouse recently got fined for mis-selling insurance for phones. Looks like o2 need to take stock at their own stores.
See the bit under “monthly extras” and make sure you signed up for them!
